These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vestro Systems website and AI voice-agent services (the "Services"). By accessing this website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Vestro Systems provides AI-powered voice receptionist and call-handling technology for trade and service businesses, including automated call answering, lead qualification, and appointment booking. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page or in a separate order form.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business enrolling in our Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including phone numbers, call-routing instructions, and business details used to configure your AI voice agent.

3. Telephone & Text Communications Compliance

Our Services place, receive, and may record telephone calls and send text messages on your behalf and on behalf of your customers who contact you. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable telecommunications laws, including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, the CAN-SPAM Act, state call-recording consent laws (including Florida's two-party consent requirement), and the National Do Not Call Registry. You represent that you have, or will obtain, all consents required from your customers before enrolling their contact information with our Services.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent use of the Services.
• No use of the Services to transmit unsolicited advertising in violation of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or similar laws.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Fees & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance as described at checkout or in your order form. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract; you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI voice technology may occasionally misunderstand callers, experience downtime, or fail to complete a booking. See our Disclaimer for more detail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestro Systems's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse that creates legal or regulatory risk (including TCPA violations).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
